Breath Awareness Retreat - L2.4 Right Relationships
This retreat explores the Indian Chakra system as guides to understanding authentic ethical action in relationship to self, others and society
A guide that holds timeless principles is crucial as we navigate times in our personal and social lives when we are confronted with contradictions and emotions that make it difficult to have good judgements.
The chakra system is one such guide.
Each day in this retreat we will systematically explore one of the 7 chakras.
Kylea Taylor's excellent book The Ethics of Caring will be the foundation.
We will use the chakra system to
- understand the self through the chakras and using them as a guide to authenticity and balance
- understand relationships
- specifically identify authentic and balanced behaviour
- chakra meditation
- breathwork - both as sitter and breather
Who may participate?
Anyone who has had at least 1 breathwork session with Ann Harrison, or 3 or more sessions with a qualified Breathwork practitioner

Please note
Accommodation is your personal responsibility. There are some very reasonably priced Airbnb and I can put you in touch with fellow participants to make arrangements for a shared house. Do plan ahead, Millthorpe and the Central West region is a very popular tourist destination and while that is a great deal of accommodation it is quickly booked out in festival times.
Timing is slightly modified in this retreat because of one of those festivals.
The retreat will begin 1pm Saturday and finishing time - 2pm the following Saturday
The daily programme will start at 9am and will aim to finish around 5pm ... but in any case no later than 6pm
