Winter Reflections 2021
A 2 x 3day weekends  of contemplation and inner adventure

Breathwork Training - Level 1           * please note if you wish to use these weekends a pre-requisites to Level 2 retreats there are additional requirement of assessment

In consultation with you I will create a special programme to address need for relaxation, meditation & stress management
Winter is a time when nature apparently rests; but it the time regeneration. It is the perfect time to reflect.

Our college has a history now of developing Breathwork practitioners. The first level is suited to anyone who wants to:
  • to look more deeply at themselves
  • find perspective and methods of maintaining well-being and health
  • works in the field of allied health and would like to continue their education in a complementary modality
  • experience the transformative power of conscious connected breathing
You will learn through experiencing the power of consciously connecting your breathing and be introduced to paradigms that give you other perspectives to guide you in your every day life.

In these two weekends you will complete the material in Level 1.1i Breath Awareness, which is a foundational course of personal and spiritual growth and can count as part of prerequisite for Level 2 Breathwork Practitioner Training.
In addition, you will also receive  information in the form of online presentations and curated resources... AND ... have a 30 minute consultation online in the month in between, to support you in your inner work

Life Journey – the map and mind
 26-28 June
A metaphor of life that give you a realistic map of life’s journey, and ways of knowing and understanding yourself
 
Family systems, identity and core beliefs - the self in context
21-23 August
You will experience Family Constellations, and learn ways of more effectively communicating and how to use the Mind to discover the mind; use the mind to change the mind.

Healing Shame, Trauma & Addiction

Spring Retreat 2021: 17-24 October

When we dont understand our woundedness, that comes from developmental or acute trauma we feel ashamed; we try to cover up and or numb out through compulsive addictive behaviour. You will be exposed to ways of compassionately understanding and effectively dealing with limiting destructive behaviours, and freeing yourself.
