For those who have experienced the Power of Breath you know what a Breathwork session can give you. How it can jump start you out of a stuck place and cause you to experience yourself in a totally different way and be filled with optimism for the future. So whether you have experienced Breathwork before or want to discover it, the graduate celebratory workshop could be just the thing for you now.

During the course of this 4 hour workshop there will be
